The Editors-in-Chief have retracted this article [1] because of overlap with articles from different authors that were simultaneously under consideration with another journal [2, 3]. Additionally, this article shows evidence of both authorship and peer review manipulation. The authors have not responded to any correspondence regarding this retraction.
